Welcome to the website for West Highlands Pacific Homeowners Association. West Highlands Pacific is a collection of single family homes located in a highly desirable area of Carmel Valley.
West Highlands Pacific prides itself in being a well maintained, family oriented community with a low crime rate and active community members. In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is governed by an Architectural Committee. The Board and Architectural Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a locally owned and operated professional management company.
